Step 4. Add Players & Staff to Your Team Roster

Option 1: Bulk Import Players & Individually Add Staff

If you choose Option 1, please follow ALL three steps below (1A-1C):

      1A: Preparing to Bulk Import Players into your PlayMetrics team roster:

1. First, you must export your team's roster from Sports Connect Association. CLICK HERE to view a Help Guide showing how an Association Administrator can generate the Team Detail All Fields report for a specific team through their Sports Connect Association account.

NOTE: ONLY Association Administrators (each Pop Warner Association has at least one Association Administrator within Sports Connect Association) can generate the above Team Detail All Fields report for their Association's teams through Sports Connect Association.

IMPORTANT: Please follow all instructions carefully, making sure to remove all coach and team staff rows from your export to keep only the player rows, then save the adjusted export as a CSV file and import all players for that team into your PlayMetrics team roster.

      1B: Bulk Import Players into your PlayMetrics team roster:

1. Once you have completed Step 1A above to export your team roster from Sports Connect Association, you are now ready to import your players into your PlayMetrics team roster.

      1C: Individually Add Staff to your PlayMetrics team roster:

1. Once you have completed Step 1B above to bulk import players into your PlayMetrics team roster, you may now individually add all team staff (including coaches) to your PlayMetrics team roster.
